Minela Kostjerevac, RN, BSN

Highly sought after for her exceptional artistry, knowledge, and focus on the precision of aesthetic medicine amongst prestigious San Francisco, Minela Kostjerevac (BSN-RN), passion is to create an experience to inspire women and men to own their natural beauty confidently. Minela was trained by world-recognized Epi’s Medical Director, Dr. Patrick Bitter, developer of the IPL PhotoFacial and the pioneer of FDA clinical trials for collagen therapy, neuro-modulators, and fillers – all treatments that have shaped the industry today. Minela also leads the Epi Center with its clinical department.

With almost a decade of experience in cardiac and aesthetic Nursing, Minela’s expertise is non-surgical facial rejuvenation. As a trained Senior Master Injector, Minela is committed to every patient achieving exceptional results. Minela prides herself on continued education as it leads to a strong partnership with positive outcomes for her clients. She wants every patient to be heard and walk away knowing they have a comprehensive medical beauty plan designed specifically for them.

Minela holds advanced training certifications from Allergan Medical Institute, Galderma Aesthetics, Merz Institute of Facial Aesthetics, and the American Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.

Minela is a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and Aesthetic Multispecialty Society.

Minela Kostjerevac graduated with high honors in Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from College of Idaho. After graduation, she started her nursing career in the operating room. She was distinguished by the CEO of HCA systems for her attitude, teamwork, and abilities to work with multiple physicians in all dynamics.  Minela loves new challenges. She decided after her experience in the operating room, she was ready for something new. Consequently, she spent the next two years working in the cardiology cath lab, performing procedures that were life or death driven. She acted as a first-hand assist in collaboration with the cardiologist in interventional and diagnostic cardiology. 

After her broad experiences within medicine, Minela was ready and eager to enter the field she always loved and had a natural passion for — The beauty, health, and fitness industry. She has held multiple local and state titles in the Miss USA and International pageant system. She has also held titles as a National Physique competitor qualifying for a title within the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness division. She knows firsthand the importance of taking care of yourself through skin and body regiment, diet, and fitness.

Minela strives to instill in her peers and patients the idea that keeping up with one’s outward appearance is no longer just for vanity but for one’s health and mental well-being. One of Minela’s favorite quotes is, “Elegance is when the outside is as beautiful as the inside.” She prides herself in helping her patients achieve this goal every day of her life.
