APPOINTMENTS

Most of our providers have been with us for many years.  Because of this, they have a strong following and popular times fill up quickly.  We encourage you to schedule your appointments a few weeks in advance, or before you leave the MedSpa, to ensure you get the time you want.  At the time of booking, we’ll ask for a credit card to guarantee your appointment, some appointments may also require a non-refundable deposit to hold the appointment time. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to fill out any remaining intake paperwork and to enjoy our relaxation area prior to your treatment

CONSULTATIONS

It is required that every new patient have a complimentary consultation and we offer them in person or virtually.  At any time, a patient can come in and have a consultation to explore additional treatments. You will meet with a nurse and a nurse practitioner to make sure all treatments will be safe and effective for your particular situation. Our Centered On You program ensures that every patient has a well thought out plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Patients must provide a 48-hour notice when cancelling appointment to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.  We collect a guaranteeing credit card at the time of making the appointment. Some appointments that require a large amount of time on the schedule will be a greater deposit amount.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting the appointments of other clients.
