What is Laser Hair Removal?
During laser hair removal, a laser emits light that penetrates the skin and is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The light energy is converted to heat which damages the hair follicles and inhibits hair growth.
We request you stay out of the sun two weeks before and after treatment. If you have darker skin tones, you may need to pretreat for two weeks before treatment. Consultation is required.
