Inessa Samodeeva, RN BSN
Chief of Quality Control | Master Aesthetic Nurse & Clinical Trainer
For more than 23 years, Inessa Samodeeva, RN, has been an integral part of Epi Center MedSpa and one of the most experienced members of our clinical team. An expert across Epi Center’s aesthetic treatments, Inessa has spent more than two decades working side-by-side with Co-Founder and Medical Director Patrick H. Bitter, Sr., M.D., who personally trained her in Epi Center’s treatment techniques and protocols.
Today, Inessa serves as Chief of Quality Control, helping ensure that the standards, techniques and treatment protocols Epi Center has developed over nearly three decades are consistently carried throughout the practice. She is also one of our primary clinical trainers, educating and mentoring nurses and providers across many of the procedures we perform.
Trained by a Pioneer. Trusted to Train Others.
Inessa joined Epi Center in 2002 with previous experience in laser treatments. Dr. Bitter personally continued her training across Epi Center’s medical aesthetic procedures, and her skill, clinical judgment and commitment to results quickly distinguished her.
In 2012, Dr. Bitter selected Inessa to become Epi Center’s laser trainer, entrusting her with training new clinical team members as well as visiting physicians who came to Epi Center to learn Dr. Bitter’s signature IPL PhotoFacial™ protocols.
By 2015, her training responsibilities expanded to include PDO NovaThreads, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Radiesse, BOTOX® Cosmetic and Dysport®. She continues to work closely with Dr. Bitter on treatment protocols, quality standards and the introduction of new technologies and procedures at Epi Center.
Expertise Across Aesthetic Medicine
One of Inessa’s greatest strengths is the breadth of her experience. She isn’t defined by a single treatment or technology. After more than two decades at Epi Center, she understands how treatments can work individually—and, importantly, how they can be strategically combined to achieve natural, balanced results.
A Master Injector, Inessa specializes in non-surgical facial rejuvenation using BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, Kybella® and PDO NovaThreads. Her extensive experience allows her to assess the face as a whole, addressing volume, contour, movement and skin quality while preserving the patient’s natural appearance.
Her expertise in energy-based and regenerative aesthetic treatments is equally extensive and includes IPL PhotoFacial™, Sofwave, CO2 Resurfacing, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, Microneedling, Ultherapy, ResurFX fractional laser resurfacing, sclerotherapy and many of Epi Center’s other advanced procedures.
Centered on the Patient
Despite her extensive technical expertise, Inessa believes great aesthetic care begins with listening.
She takes the time to understand what each patient wants to improve and then develops a personalized treatment strategy based on their goals, anatomy, skin, lifestyle and comfort level. She is passionate about results-driven medicine and equally passionate about educating patients so they understand why a particular treatment—or combination of treatments—is right for them.
For many patients, Inessa has been their trusted aesthetic provider for years. That continuity allows her to understand not only where a patient is today, but how their face and skin have changed over time—and how to help them continue aging naturally and beautifully.
A Physician’s Foundation
Before coming to the United States, Inessa earned her medical degree from Vitebsk Medical School in Belarus and practiced as a physician. After relocating to the United States, she continued her healthcare career, working in prenatal care and ultimately focusing her expertise on aesthetic medicine as a Registered Nurse.
That foundation in medicine, combined with more than two decades of advanced aesthetic training and hands-on experience at Epi Center, gives Inessa an exceptional depth of clinical knowledge.
She is fluent in English and Russian.
For more than 23 years, Inessa has helped define the clinical standard at Epi Center—first learning directly from Dr. Bitter, and today carrying that knowledge forward by training the providers who follow her.
