Cosmetic Nurse Specialist
Kelly Ferrante, RN, is an experienced cosmetic nurse with nearly two decades in medical aesthetics and a lifelong passion for beauty, artistry, and patient care. A Bay Area native, Kelly began her career working with the brilliant plastic surgeon James J. Romano, MD, where she spent four years providing advanced skincare and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. She joined Epi Center MedSpa in 2008 as a lead medical aesthetician, and her dedication to patient care inspired her to further her clinical expertise. In 2019, Kelly became a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), and in 2023 she stepped away to complete her nursing education, earning her Associate of Science in Nursing and becoming a Registered Nurse. She has now returned to Epi Center in her expanded role as a Cosmetic Nurse.
Before entering medical aesthetics, Kelly worked as a professional makeup artist, developing a trained eye for facial balance, contouring, and natural beauty. This artistic background continues to influence her aesthetic work, allowing her to approach treatments with both clinical precision and an artist’s perspective.
Kelly specializes in advanced body contouring and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, with extensive experience in CoolSculpting since 2015. She performs a wide range of treatments including CoolSculpting, EvolveX body contouring, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, medical microneedling, BOTOX Cosmetic, Kybella, Ultherapy, chemical peels, Laser Hair Removal, IPL Photofacials, and medical weight-loss injections.
We would be remiss not to mention that Kelly is one of the most charismatic people you’ll meet. Her high-energy, fun personality makes every appointment enjoyable, and patients love spending time with her as they relax and enjoy their treatments.
Outside of work, Kelly is passionate about music of all types and loves to dance, expresses herself through creative fashion, and treasures time spent with her family.
With experience spanning cosmetic surgery practices, dermatology, and medical aesthetics, Kelly is known for creating customized treatment plans that enhance each patient’s natural features while delivering beautiful, natural-looking results. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels confident, comfortable, and excited about their aesthetic journey.
